I provide organizational consultation on program development, systems design, cultural competence, and anti-oppression. I have held several leadership positions in non-profit organizations, including 6 years of program direction and staff supervision. I have conducted fundraising campaigns, written grants, and managed grant deliverables. I have worked in collectives, organized boards of directors, served on boards of directors, and worked in both “flat” organizational structures and in traditional hierarchies.
